These Terms and Conditions govern the legal framework for the use of this website.This website is intended to provide information about CAS GmbH Automotive’s vehicle acquisition, sales, and services platform, supporting dealers in purchasing vehicles through a streamlined and efficient process. It offers access to vehicle information to prospective clients and dealers, and company services for dealer use only. Use of the website is limited to authorized commercial and dealership-related activities and is subject to the terms outlined herein.

Relationship with Dealers
We operate as a car distributor, supplying vehicles to authorized dealers who directly handle sales to end customers. Dealers are independent entities, responsible for their sales transactions, compliance with EU consumer rights directives, and fulfillment of sales contracts.
We do not engage directly in consumer sales or consumer contract management.
CO2 Emissions Information
As a distributor, we comply with EU Regulation (EC) No 715/2007 and Regulation (EU) 2019/631, providing necessary information related to CO2 emissions and fuel consumption to our dealers. Dealers, being the point of sale to consumers, are required to provide accurate and clear CO2 emissions data and fuel efficiency information to end consumers at the point of sale in accordance with Directive 1999/94/EC.
With regard to the respective consumption and CO2 emissions, we refer to the respective information provided in the information on the respective vehicles in accordance with the legal requirements.
Intellectual Property Rights
All materials available on this site, including but not limited to texts, images, trademarks, logos, software, and videos, are protected by intellectual property rights of CAS GmbH (us) and third parties in accordance with applicable EU legislation, including Directive 2001/29/EC (InfoSoc Directive) and Regulation (EU) 2017/1001 (EU Trademark Regulation).
Furthermore, we expressly distance ourselves from the content of external websites linked to from this website. The reason for this is that we have no influence whatsoever on this content.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
